Do You Even Know Where You Live? is an independently created and published magazine celebrating the extraordinary natural world.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between digital images and printed products due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to product specifications where necessary, provided these do not materially alter the product purchased or affect your statutory rights.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable taxes will be included or clearly identified as required by law.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding and offer you the option to accept the corrected price or receive a full refund.
4. Orders
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity or an obvious pricing error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.
5. Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order before they are printed or ready for dispatch.
If you purchase a pre-order product, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page.
While we aim to meet all estimated dispatch dates, occasional delays may occur due to printing, production or circumstances outside our control.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update and explain your available options, including cancellation and a refund where required by law.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but occasional delays may occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to a person you have nominated to receive it, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Returns & Refunds
As our publication is sold as a printed magazine, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases where the exemption for newspapers, periodicals and magazines under Regulation 28(1)(f) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies.
However, if your magazine arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at elll.rose.mag@gmail.com.
We will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required by law.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, although cancellation may not always be possible where no statutory cancellation right applies.
Any cancellation rights provided by law will always be respected.

All original content published on this website and within our magazines, including written content, illustrations, layouts, graphics and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws.
